All patterns and Quick Tutorials on this site are digital pdf products. Purchase of product is not for a physical item. Upon purchase of any pattern, you will be able to download the pdf immediately and and email will be sent with a download link.

All sales are final and not refundable. No exceptions. Purchasing a pattern from Clutch Couture Designs is your agreement to these terms.
Supplies (vinyl, pre-made straps, leather, hardware, etc) will not always be on hand and offered as retail. Many may only be offered as pre-order. Please see the Pre-Order Guidelines/Terms
Measurements for vinyl and leather are approximate. Vinyl rolls are hand cut and could be off by an inch. Leather is never perfect so there may be some flaws or discoloration.
Please do not combine pre-orders with retail supply/materials orders. Any orders combined will be cancelled.
All pre-orders are submitted to our production team/manufacturer every 15th (for orders placed the 31st/1st through the 14th) and 30th (for orders placed the 15th through 29th) of the month.
Turnaround time (from order to receipt of order) can be up to 50 days and vary from supplier to supplier, barring any shipping delays, holidays or unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Please read the details of each listing for an estimated turnaround time. Any delays for pre-orders will be announced in the Facebook Group and via email.
Pre-orders shipping within the US are not charged shipping upon checkout. You will be invoiced exact shipping once your order arrives to our office. You will have 3 days from being invoiced to pay shipping. Shipping is not charged immediately for US customers for the ease of combining separate pre-orders that may arrive at the same time.
International orders will be able to see and are charged shipping fees during checkout. International orders cannot be combined.
Once orders have be printed and/or shipped by the manufacturers we have no way of cancelling orders and providing refunds. Please do not order to only cancel later. Repeat offenders will have their orders immediately cancelled and not fulfilled. If you absolutely must cancel the order, you must email us at email@example.com to request cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee.
Custom prints require that you upload a seamless file for it to accurately print. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the file is indeed seamless and that the correct printing size is selected. Clutch Couture Designs/CCD Handbag Supplies is not responsible for checking files or for any misprints due to an incomplete or inaccurate file.
Custom orders are pre-orders and all pre-order terms & conditions apply.
No brand logos or copywritten designs allowed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duty and taxes (customs fees).
CCD can not be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in shipping once it has been given to the carrier. It is highly suggested that you purchase shipping insurance for your order, and if your package is lost or damaged you'll be able to submit a claim. You can purchase insurance during checkout with Route.
As of now, we ship within the US and Canada, Central America, Europe, Malaysia, Oceania, and South America.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns or refunds on digital products or custom orders. No exceptions.
Physical products (retail and/or pre-orders) are eligible for return within 15 days after delivery. Items must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duty, and customs taxes.
Once the return has been received and accessed, if the item is in good condition, free of odor, and able to be relisted a refund will be issued within 5 business days. CCD has no control over when your bank posts the refund. It can take several business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used during purchase.
There are no refunds on custom orders because of time spent on the order and cost of materials used. However, everything, within reason, and without large additional cost, will be done to rectify the issue. Custom order issues must be brought to our attention within 7 calendar days of receipt via email and include pictures. If it has come to the attention of CCD that the issues with the custom order are due to misuse or abuse of the product, CCD will not be able to assist in rectifying or correcting the issue.

Sezzle and Afterpay are offered as a payment option. You can split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit.. However, there must be a minimum purchase of $50 before taxes and shipping. How Sezzle Works.
